Q01 How much does BrandMirror cost?

Q02 Why not just prompt ChatGPT myself once a week with a Google Sheet?
You can — we did it for two years. The problem is that LLM answers are stochastic (the same prompt returns different answers across runs and over time), each engine has different rate limits and access patterns, and model versions silently roll out and shift outputs. We run statistically valid sampling, persona-conditioned prompting, and version-pinned tracking across four engines daily. A spreadsheet measures one moment; we measure the trend.
Q03 How do you handle the fact that AI answers are non-deterministic?
Each prompt is queried multiple times per cycle at fixed temperature settings, with persona priming. We report citation rate as a frequency (e.g. 'mentioned in 68% of runs') rather than a binary present/absent. Weekly deltas are statistically thresholded so we don't fire alerts on noise.
Q04 What about data privacy — do you store my prompts or send them anywhere sensitive?
Your prompt library and dashboard are private. We don't share data across customers. Prompts are sent only to the AI engines being monitored (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) using non-training enterprise endpoints where available. SOC 2 Type I in progress, Type II Q4 2026.

Q06 Is this useful if I already rank well in Google?
Often more so. AI engines synthesize the web differently from Google's classic ranker. A brand can have strong SEO and still be absent from AI answers — and vice versa. They're distinct surfaces that need separate monitoring and separate strategies.
