Q01 What's actually different between Solo and Pilot?

Solo is one person Googling their own brand in ChatGPT and wanting receipts. Pilot is a marketing function with a number to defend: 4 engines instead of 2, drift alerts that meet a statistical bar, custom prompt tuning from your sales-call recordings, and a CSM who shows up on the monthly review. Same product DNA, different SLA.

Q02 Is there a free trial?

No. The product needs ~14 days of replicated samples to produce a trend you can act on — a 7-day trial would show you noise and we'd both regret it. Instead: 60-day rolling cancellation on Pilot. If month 2 doesn't earn its seat, email us and we stop billing.

Q03 Do you negotiate?

On Growth and Enterprise, yes — typically against term length, brand count, and seat caps, not on the headline price. On Solo and Pilot, no: the price is the price, and we'd rather keep it that way than reward whoever pushes hardest.

Q04 What discounts exist?

Annual prepay: 15% off. Two-year commit: 22% off. Verified non-profits and OSS projects: 50% off Solo. Series A startups under $5M ARR: 20% off Pilot for the first 6 months. We don't do BFCM-style flash discounts.

Q05 Can I switch tiers later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades pro-rate from the day you flip. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period — your data and prompt history stay intact across tier changes.

Q06 Are prices in USD or EUR?

USD by default. EUR or GBP on request, billed in your local currency at a fixed FX for the contract period.

Q07 What happens to my data if I cancel?

You get a CSV + JSON export of every prompt, run, citation, and drift event on file. We retain nothing past 30 days post-cancellation unless you ask us to (some customers come back).

Q08 Are there setup fees or onboarding charges?

No. Pilot onboarding (the prompt-tuning workshop, the Slack alert wiring, the dashboard walkthrough) is included in the monthly fee. Enterprise SOWs may carry implementation fees scoped against integrations — disclosed before signature, never after.
